I graduated with an Associates Degree of Applied Science in Accounting in June 2006 from Harrison College. I had my first experience in accounting working as an employee at a local custom home builder.  Shortly after starting there, one of their subcontractors also needed some bookkeeping help. When a 3rd small business reached out to for assistance, I knew I had found my niche! Shortly thereafter, I started my own business, called Snouwaert Bookkeeping & Payroll, and have been helping new small businesses each year. In 2020, I decided to change the business name to Compass SBA to bring on new team members.

I call Lafayette, IN home, and have a wonderful life with my wife Christina, and 3 daughters. As a family, we love making pizzas, playing games (Monopoly Deal and Exploding Kittens), and travelling together.
